Magna Olea is an extra virgin olive oil, extracted by cold mechanical processes, characterized by an aromatic green fruity fresh herb and tomato branch, and a complex presence with notes of nuts (walnut and almond), tomato, banana or apple green, bitter and spicy that persist in a harmony of end of mouth.

Every year you can find different notes and intensities that make each production unique but with the same identity. Because the harvest is early and the extraction of the oil is cold, only one-tenth (yield) of the olive will give rise to olive oil, which causes the production of Magna Olea to be confined to a single, limited lot.
