Euro-Region in Xantar – International Salon of Gastronomic Tourism


As part of the activity 3 – Market Plus of the INTERNOVAMARKET-FOOD project, AGAVI organized 3 Showcookings to promote and disseminate Euro-Region products, a product show and an Inverse Mission with journalists from the English, Belgian, Dutch and Brazilian market. The Euro-Region companies registered in the project made available some of their products to be used by the Chefs in the preparation of the dishes, to be tasted, and to be exposed in a small exhibition.
